We have been in operation for the past 3 years and so far, our services have been used by over 10,000 users and professionals from companies like Saudi Aramco, IBM, Oracle Corporation, Stanbic IBTC Bank, Vodacom Africa, SPDC, Chevron, British High Commission, NNPC, Lagos State Government, Federal Ministries, etc. And we are one of the first companies in Nigeria with 100% remote operations i.e. working full-time online. In tandem with our growth, we are search for a qualified HR manager (or someone interested in building a career in Human Resources) to join our team.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Carry out CV reviews and CV writing on behalf of clients
Source partnerships with startups, SMEs, and multinationals for their recruitment needs
Connect with prospective clients on social media and offer our servcies to them as regards job placements, recruting, CV reviews, CV rewriting, etc.
Carry out online candidates sourcing and selection for clients
Fresh graduate or possessing between 2 – 3 years experience.
Some knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.). If you don’t have any knowledge, its fine. You’ll learn on the job.
Proficient in MS Office, internet surfing, and basic software usage
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Since you’ll be working remotely, we will need you to have the best communication skills (writing).
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
We’ll also expect you to have access to a working computer (or laptop), a stable internet connection, and some time. If you cannot give us up to 6 hours daily on weekdays, then we won’t able to work with you.
As long as you can get the work done, you can work when and where you want. There are plenty of online tools (like Slack, Trello, Google Apps, etc) that help us stay connected and keep our team strong.
